Self-imposed post season ban to punish players innocent of the crime while the perps or those who failed to monitor the perps do the same thing that got the whole mess started, look the other way.
Auburn Football knowing they were facing severe violations played through the season, won the championship, Cam Newton won the Heisman and life goes on. When presented with a similar situation those who are paid millions to administer our program asked our players rather than take one for the program and leave. What lack of …..uh…..intestinal fortitude. This is the time for backing the players, not selling them out and telling them to pick up your punishment and inform fans to pick up your slack in supporting them. WE DO! WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ALL MILLIONAIRES NOW!
I have to write it out again because I am still in that state of denial…….
Players not even responsible pay the price and millionaires who looked the other way do so again. They admitted their failure and after accepting those millions in compensation to effectively administer our program didn’t and now don’t even show the intestinal fortitude to back our young men who are being punished for this administration’s admitted incompetence.

Take your millions and get the #! $@ out! I am so tired of carrying the water. Always a CARDS fan, long, long before any of these men were here, and I will be long after the dark cloud of this dissipates and they are all off living in their mansions, skiing behind their yachts or racing their thoroughbreds. All at the expense of the fans and the poor young athletes they just let fall on the sword of their indifference.
I wonder if the coach offered himself up to protect his players. A season long suspension or post season ban on Pitino and company would still be a strong statement to NCAA without punishing innocent players or fans. Probably easier to offer up the guys, tuck your head and beg at the feet of the NCAA. L1C4 AWAYS!
Does anyone believe that Jurich or, Ramsey offered up the proceeds earned as restitution? Restitution from an organization as vile and morally bankrupt as the NCAA. All these men here and yet only the innocent players are punished.
