Luke Hancock was interviewed today on “The Deener Show” on 93.9 The Ville and ESPN 680. Luke opened up about the accusations in the Katina Powell book and was quick to defend his national championship team and hall of fame coach. Luke was the 2013 Final Four MOP and team caption.
Luke said.
“I don’t think anybody had more fun in college than I did, but I didn’t do anything like this, I never saw anything like this, especially not in the dorms, if you went off campus and you were hanging out or whatever, even then I still would have never thought about any of this could happen.”
“I’ll say. My name is Luke Hancock, I was at least a small part of our national championship team, I lived at Billy Minardi Hall for at three years, I was very close with our basketball team, I had no idea that this was happenings, I would bet my life that Rick Pitino had no idea that this was happening, if it was its got to be small isolated incidents.”
