Today The University of Louisville has released a portion of their police investigation of the Chris Jones statement. Plus we find out that one accuser didn’t even want to press charges against him.
The University of Louisville Police investigators just released their report that says Chris Jones told them he had consensual sex that night in February at the Cardinal Towne Apartments.
Chris Jones said the University of Louisville, police investigators that he was coming into the bathroom, and the female accuser asked if she had to leave. He said she stayed, and they started talking, and then things got very physical, and they moved to a nearby bedroom where they had consensual sex.
The female accuser’s version of events is much different according to the documents released by the University of Louisville today; she said that she and had been drinking before they came to the Cardinal Towne apartments. The accuser said that when she got there, she went to the bathroom, and then Chris Jones came in behind her and locked the door, she then told University of Louisville, police investigators that Chris Jones forced himself on her.
Now the strange part
At the end of her report to police, the female accuser’s made a statement in the police report that said she didn’t want to prosecute Chris Jones, but instead only wanted an apology from him.
The grand jury has dismissed the case against Chris Jones and the other two defendants.
